About the the workshop & toolroom

Flex shafts and drills, ingot moulds, melting crucibles, torches, hammers, anvils, drawplates, punches, tracers, mandrels, a gold testing kit, a steelyard scale, a hand rolling mill, bellows — thirty pieces, grouped by the stage of work they belong to.

At the end of the room stand two silversmiths' benches, one restored and one from the postwar years. Every tool here was actually used. We keep the wear rather than restore it.
